Skills required:

10+ years of minimum experience
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Knowledge on quality tools, concepts, 6 sigma methodologies, Quality certification standards, Certified ISO 9001 auditor, Power BI, Python/R trained with hands on experience

Role:

• Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO
Develop and implement risk framework. Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigation plans
Provide business insigtht through analytics
Conduct audits based on ISO 9001 and 27001 and SOX standards
• Drive Business Impact (value to customer), End to End projects and Productivity benefits to client
• Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement
