Job description

Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts Transformation

The Job :

- Responsible for project management of automation solutions delivery for a client or multiple clients to deliver the contractual automation benefits on time.

- Lead the customer engagement, manage stakeholder communications and risks for automation deployment

- Conduct process assessments and recommend industry best solutions or TCS solutions to deliver the targeted business value

- Creation of business case/ benefit case for automation/improvement projects and automation roadmap

- Should have done transformations across P2P, O2C and R2R and should have had knowledge on how to build a COE set up and Process and Tools Automations across P2P,O2C and R2R.

Skills (Must) :

- Good understanding of core FAO operations like P2P, O2C, AP, AR, R2R and key metrics with 10 to 15 years of experience.

- Proven track record of managing and driving improvement projects/automations leveraging industry solutions or platforms, RPA, AI/ML, Python, VBA Macros, etc.

- Should be able to demonstrate tangible productivity and business value delivery for the implemented projects/initiatives.

- Should have extensive experience in Program/Project management of automation projects.

- Experience of working with macros independently or conducting RPA/AIML assessments will be an advantage

- Experience in managing key client stakeholders

- Sound understanding of FAO ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Blackline, etc and of AP and O2C Tools in the market

- Excellent analytical skills

 

- Ability to analyze process performance data and metrics to identify improvement projects.

- Excellent business communications and presentation skills, interpersonal and partnership skills at all levels of the organization, including working with leaders and executives

- Self-motivated team player with the ability to simultaneously drive numerous projects, as well as identify, resolve and prioritize differing business issues

- Versatile and driven team player with the ability to build relationships and community with coworkers and cross-functional partners.

Good to Have :

- Experience in HRO domain would be an added advantage

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

- Agile methodology/RPA certifications

Experience Required :

- 10-15 years of experience in FAO operations and credible experience of driving automation projects

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and RPA/AIML certifications
