Roles and Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis Proficient in writing 8D reports,FMEA ,Fishbone analysis ..etc Incoming goods inspection of raw materials and its standards Final Assembly Inspection Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) 14001 (EMS)standard and capable of its implementation and maintainenance of the same

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skill : Knowledge in PCBA manufacturing process and its inspection as per IPC 610 standard ,preparing Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for all stages of Manufacturing process and Implement, Monitor and sustaining the same in day to day work. Computer knowledge is must.

MANUFACTURING

Triphase has fully equipped manufacturing locations at Bangalore, Mysore and Parwanoo, India with an overall area of about 60,000 sq.ft. that are fully equipped to offer the finest quality products to its customers. With about 250 employees across all the locations, batch production methods are used to manufacture quantities from 50 units going upto 50,000 units per month. We have in-house magnetics and wire harnessing lines as well.
