Designation: Manager, Quality Assurance

Experience : 7 Yrs to 9 Yrs

Shift Time: 5.30 PM to 3.00 AM

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

 

  • Quality Assurance
  • Any Six sigma certification
  • Knowledge on US Healthcare Process
  • Graduation is Must

 

Responsibility :

 

  • Report against agreed quality metrics on a monthly basis
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures through Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Lead regular meetings with representatives from appropriate processes to establish an action plan for improving build quality
  • Undertake continuous training and development
  • Identify Process improvement opportunities within the Account
  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality Operations team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
  • Flexible working in US shift timings.
