Designation: Manager, Quality Assurance
Experience : 7 Yrs to 9 Yrs
Shift Time: 5.30 PM to 3.00 AM

Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
- Quality Assurance
- Any Six sigma certification
- Knowledge on US Healthcare Process
- Graduation is Must
Responsibility :
- Report against agreed quality metrics on a monthly basis
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures through Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead regular meetings with representatives from appropriate processes to establish an action plan for improving build quality
- Undertake continuous training and development
- Identify Process improvement opportunities within the Account
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality Operations team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Flexible working in US shift timings.
