Job Description:

To ensure implementation of quality initiatives and adherence to identified quality standards with a view to improving the delivery capabilities of the assigned organizational delivery units

Hands on Experience required in standards like ISO 9001, TL 9K, CMMI 1.3/2.0 , Agile methodologies, Trainings (on QMS Process areas, Project Management, Defect prevention, Configuration Management, defect management tool and techniques) and continuous process facilitation .

To Develop internal project plans, process, templates, and checklists to assist with Planning, Development and verification & validation activities.

Active involvement in Process and Product compliance reviews/Internal Quality Audits to ensure project activities comply with policies, plans, processes, and procedures.

Usage of Statistical Tools and Techniques, Effectively analyze, report Metrics data and maintain Organizational Process Capabilities Baseline (PCB) in a periodic manner.

Involvement in project management methodologies (PMBOK) and all phases of the Software development life cycle (SDLC) including Agile-Scrum process Framework.
