Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in any field
4-5 years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance manager or relevant role
Strong knowledge on methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Proficiency in having worked with relevant tools & systems for Quality
Assurance/Auditing
Great attention to detail and result driven approach
ISO implementation exposure/Six Sigma GB or BB Certified will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the standard work day
Understanding and work under pressure in a high-volume processing
environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
Ability to handle ambiguity and stakeholder management
