  • Desired Qualities:
    The Project Manager should be able to perform all necessary tasks related to company systems including troubleshooting any technical issues. The technical manager is the point person for any issues that arise within the team. They are responsible for making key decisions for technical issues related to the company after considering everything from cost to quality of software.

    Responsibilities:
    In depth industry experience
    Managing a portfolio of projects
    Provide guidance for all members of the team when it comes to designing, implementing, and updating software.
    Constantly evaluate company platforms and networks and search

     for ways to improve them.
    Responsible for addressing faults within any Microsoft application developed and making sure those faults are fixed.
    Perform management tasks for the team. These duties include conducting employee reviews, handling employee complaints, and dividing the workload among members of the team.
    Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
    Recording work progress on a daily basis
    Development of individual modules
    Documentation

     

    Remuneration - will not be a constraint for deserving candidate

    Required Candidate profile


    SKILLS
    Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
    Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
    Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
    Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
    Ability to construct user guides and documentation
    Proves experience in MS technologies like Asp.Net, SQL, MVC etc
    Excellent coomunication

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 PA.
