We are Looking for Lean coach - GlobalLogic India - BLR

Lean is fundamental to our way of working in Product Engineering. The Lean Coach will develop deep fluency in modern Lean-
Agile software development and operations and will support engineering teams in training and coaching Lean ways of

working.The Lean Coach will proactively work to establish trusted advisor relationships in helping leaders and teams achieve
high levels of transparency and efficacy in a way that promotes inclusion and well-being of all individuals.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of the tenants of Lean (TPS)
Understanding of the similarities and differences between terms Lean, Agile, XP, Scrum, Kanban
5 years experience practicing Lean-Agile on a software/engineering team
Experience practicing portfolio/program-level Lean-Agile in large organizations
Training, consulting, coaching experience are strongly preferred
The Work
Support portfolio/program leaders (directors, managers, leads) in developing/evolving a Lean program process (Kanban
system)
Support engineering teams in understanding and applying Lean software development principles and practices
Support engineering teams in developing/evolving working agreements and Lean ways of working
Support engineering teams in developing/evolving a Lean team process (e.g., taxonomy, Kanban system/exit criteria,
fitness metrics)
Support engineering teams in implementing effective feedback loops (e.g., daily boardwalk, replenishment, retro)
Support engineering teams in measuring, understanding and making decisions based on operational fitness metrics (e.
g., flow, cycle time)
Support engineering teams in using scientific thinking in implementing continuous improvement and change
management
Support engineering teams training/workshop needs to solve problems and re-enforce principles and techniques
