Job description

Alignment of Organizational Vision to Operational Excellence framework leading to High impact projects.
Implementation of benchmarking projects , Enterprise Risk Management , Business process re-engineering & Process transformation ,Innovative Business transformation model, Robust strategy deployment like balance score card and Hoshin Kanri.
Implementation of organizational business excellence portfolio management.
Strategy deployment for robust Business process life cycle management.
Conduct studies for Process simplification and optimization for productivity enhancement & process improvement.
Governance of Business excellence through Business Excellence Assessment (BEA) Score.
Implementation of Operational Excellence News Paper.
Implementation of QBD (Quality by Design ) Projects.
Integration of Management system with Business excellence model to maximization of Profit.
Deployment of OE Management System including TPM, Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen, OEE, VSM, WCM, SMED, Andon, Poka Yoke, MTTR & MTBF in Pharmaceutical API.
Process Audit, ISO 9001, 14001,.45001 Internal Audit experience.
Bottleneck identification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and debottleneck the process & machine.
Publish monthly OE MIS report including OEE , Quarterly Newsletter.
Engaging shop floor team members in driving daily DMT meeting.
Operational Excellence Project implementation through various management approaches like TQM & TPM.
Skill Building for OEE, WCM, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, ISO System & Operational Excellence.
Manage OE projects with Data Analytics, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and business intelligence approach.
Manage Operational Excellence projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals.
Conduct plant level studies in cost effectiveness for productivity enhancement & process improvement.
Implementation of Visual Factory & 5S Concept.
Exposure of Advance Manufacturing practices like Industry 4.0, Pharma 4.0 will be an added advantage.
Pharmaceutical API manufacturing best practices and bench-marking.

Desired candidates profile:-

A). Professional Competencies:-

M.Sc, M.Pharma, B.Tech, M.Tech and Six Sigma Green belt Certification and minimum 7-8 years experience in API pharmaceutical industry as OE/Business excellence role.
Excellent organization, multi-tasking, project management skills, Eye on details.
High level of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and mapping packages, experience with databases.
Experience of working as part of cross-functional teams Business insights.
High business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment.
