    Conduct regular Audits check on team and daily governance
    Manage Team and allocate responsibilities 
    Responsible to manage RCA/Escalation 
    Design Calendar for Calibration/Tape Review
    Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication
    keen understanding on Process Improvement Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred.
