Your job responsibilities will include,

Havingthorough knowledge of the process and:

o Identifygaps in subject matter understanding by reviewing team members work product;

o Developtraining programs/materials based on analysis/identified gaps;

o Facilitatestakeholders to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives;

o Identify,mentor, and execute quality related process improvement initiatives. Thisincludes the overall project management of the identified quality improvementsinitiatives

Drivemeasurable improvements to enhance the overall quality of work product;

Drive Lean and Sixsigma projects for aligned accounts

Provide Lean coaching,consulting and mentoring

Developstrong working relationships with team members to create and sustain continuousimprovement culture

Compile and analysestatistical data

Track,monitor, and report progress on quality improvement initiatives; and

Establishquality benchmarks based on business requirements.

Recommend, implement,and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurancestandards are achieved.

2.1 to 5 years experience in quality improvementfunction-

Six Sigma Black Belt certified,or Six Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained

Excellent communication, presentation, andfacilitation skills, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and effectiveteam player

Must have handledQuality for international clients with multi locations delivery

Proficiency in MS Office tools - specifically Exceland PowerPoint

Self-starter, able to work independently withlimited supervision

Able to handle ambiguity and resistance assertivelywithout conflicts
