Then come and join our global team as Process Manager for AI-based Software products to ensure regulatory compliance and lean processes for our Digital Health Organization.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• You will support in the definition and improvement of assigned processes for the Process Roadmap

• You will ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned processes is maintained/ improved

• You will define and control the timely implementation of actions resulting from Audits and CAPA

• You will ensure that project and business needs as well as process tailoring and piloting are considered for process improvement

• You will identify and manage the process interfaces to other processes and organizational units

• Contribute in Process CCBs / Process Improvement Boards and in audits as specialist for assigned processes

• You will support projects/Quality Managers in assessing the impact of process changes and defining project specific tailoring as needed

• You will Support and consult employees and suppliers in implementing and realizing the assigned processes as well as support specification and validation of Process Software to ensure compliance with processes

• Define, maintain and improve process related metrics and derive adequate process improvement measures

Your Qualifications And Experience

• You have successfully completed a course of studies in a technical or clinical field, preferably in engineering, medicine, medical engineering or (medical) informatics

• You can offer professional experience in process or quality management for software as a medical device

• You have a sound knowledge of international laws, standards and regulations for licensing medical devices, and of the business processes of medical device manufacturers (e.g. MDD & MDR, 21CFR 820; ISO 13485; IEC 62304; IEC 62366; ISO 14971)

• Experience with Agile software development, continuous delivery, SaaS, information security (ISO 27001) and/or cloud deployments are an advantage

• With your negotiable knowledge of English, you can understand process requirements their relationships and derive content for necessary documents from it

• With your excellent communication, network and moderation skills, you can communicate securely with the internal interfaces and externally parties

• You are characterized by an analytical mindset, a strong focus on results, initiative, and the ability to understand complex technical and procedural relationships

• Your personal qualities include a professional approach, team skills, planning and organization skills, and cross-cultural experience
