Should have strong Experience in training administration and management, must be familiar with Training, operations, Delivery Methodologies and systems along with Program Management by managing large programs. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Identify areas in need of improvement or troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree is necessary, in a related area and 3-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of writing and reading code, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Should be able to co-ordinate and schedule trainings with customers. Should have strong communication skills, analytical skills and Presentations Skills. Should be competent with creating and presenting Presentations. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager.
