Job Description



  • The Business Integration Manager will focus on the oversight, management, integration, and support of key technological and operational initiatives. Oversight and management will include integration of best practices, procedures, and technology required to ensure success of all internal strategic initiatives. This position will serve as the primary liaison between Billing end users, IT, as well as Leadership throughout the development of new processes and procedures.

    The Business Integration Manager will also work directly with management to move our technology projects forward. The Business Integration Manager will also discuss, engage, and liaison with all end users to ensure all systems and processes are delivering an exceptional user experience for our internal teams.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Lead and/or assist in the management of company-wide rollout programs and initiatives by liaising between all stakeholder groups

    Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and procedures to enable identifying and eliminating redundant business practices

    Manage the expectations and needs of our end users at a high-level to ensure program/project success

    Actively work with end users as a primary contact for escalations, critical follow up, and overall program/project management

    Indirectly manage and support project staff by giving daily direction on strategic initiatives and adherence to project guidelines/timelines

    Write, build, and test project workflows that manage projects/initiatives from beginning to end

    Provide new and innovative ideas for increased efficiency and procedures across all departments

    Provide continuous support to all departments on existing web tools and platforms

    Assist in the definition of steps and milestones in the implementation process

    Education, Knowledge and Experience Requirements

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university

    Minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Experience in product roll-out strategies and implementation encouraged

    Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, consensus building and project management skills

    Ability to successfully lead and motivate others

    Project Management experience a must. PMP preferred

    Six sigma preferred

    RCM industry knowledge a must
