Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Identify projects and implement improvement initiatives using techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma that results in cost savings, increased revenue, improved productivity, improved customer/staff experience and better compliance management.
  • To lead and facilitate Lean/process improvement projects to enable improvement in customer and business value and build a continuous improvement culture to support an ongoing program of Mission Kaizen.
  • Provides facilitation and technical support to assist including collection and analysis of data and documentation of results.
  • Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen techniques.

  • Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects with 5+ successful projects with
    documented results/benefits
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies and
    standards
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook and
    PowerPoint
  • Minimum Qualification Required- Bachelor Degree • Total Experience Required-4-5 Years
  • Possess a Lean Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Qualification
