  • Interfaces with L D s internal customers on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements

    Strategize L D Function to create learning organization

    Drives OD interventions (Policy designing, Change management, Behavioural Intervention, learning transfer to work place etc) 

    Driving and implementing lean management across the organization

    Owns the Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars

    Drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal stakeholders to make this possible

    Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery training effectiveness 

    Designing validating training modules as required

    Prepares MIS reports Training Dashboards

    Keeps track of development initiatives, its Impact and ROI for business 

    Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated
