  • This role is primarily responsible for Health Care domain consulting in the area of process reengineering. This will be a client interfacing role and would demand candidate to possess excellent client relationship management skills, communication skills, stakeholder management apart from hands on experience of consulting clients on process reengineering. 

    Consultants in the RE team are required to be highly mobile and deliver significant end- to- end improvements on strategic and operational projects.

    Primary Responsibilities: 

    Conduct business assessments and discovery to identify top focus areas for clients 

    Lead and participate in high impact reengineering projects emerging out of discovery assessments or otherwise 

    Be able to lead and drive Discover - Design - Deploy lifecycle of re- engineering projects 

    Set up priorities for process improvements across re- engineering assignments 

    Ensure that reengineering objectives, specific goals, measures, and metrics are established 

    Adopt, leverage and build reengineering methodologies and tools to deliver results 

    Work closely with clients, stakeholders and cross functional teams plan and lead projects 

    Ensure timely project communication at all levels of stakeholders and the business organization as appropriate 

    Provide thought leadership to the project team 

    Understand Corporate score card and critical organizational level financial metrics 

    Develop strategic insights and recommendations on the basis of the research conducted 

    Communicate key lessons learned and best practices from process re- engineering projects and develop case studies to be utilized as reengineering collaterals 

    Stay up to date in the application of process improvement tools and techniques and relevant benchmarking data for related organizations 

    Share best practices from within and outside the organization/ industry/ domain and provide recommendations for implementing them 

    Collaborate with senior leadership in organization- building activities such as response to RFP s/ RFI s and growing client accounts, etc. 

    Play a key leadership role, manage and lead a service line end to end 

    Plan and execution throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Pre- sales analysis, requirement gathering, Case preparation, Business Requirement Document preparation, drafting execution plan to team members, support for prototype development, project implementation management, resource scheduling and management, vendor/ partner management etc. 

    Align the delivery with the company's overall strategy and goals 

    Run beta and pilot programs with early- stage products and samples 

    Perform competitive analysis, market trend analysis and Gap analysis to ensure market leading products; be an expert in automation 

    Strategic development and execution of the digital healthcare programs 

    Continually drive digital products towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility 

    Provide direction on the development, testing, and refinement of UX prototypes in an agile environment 

    Refine requirements and make them visible in the backlog 

    Keep the backlog prioritized according to importance and clearly communicate the requirements to the team and work with individual team members as needed to explain requirements 

    Facilitate solutions across the organization; work with legal, risk, operations, UX and technology teams to prioritize, deliver solutions that align with the corporate strategy 

    Perform User Acceptance Testing 

    Ensure what is delivered meets the original goals and KPIs 

    Required Qualifications: 


    Experience ranging from 6- 9 years (with MBA/ Engineering) with operations strategy/ line management roles in financial institutions, consulting or technology companies or program/ change management roles in other industries or Post Graduate/ Graduates with experience ranging from 8- 10 years with Healthcare operations or line management roles in technology companies or program/ change management roles 

    Working knowledge of an RPA tool such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path and others to design, develop and deploy automations for clients 

    Ability to define the Automation strategy and roadmap 

    Strong experience in deploying Lean/ Six Sigma in one or more of the following industry areas as well as subject matter expertise in one of the core business processes: 

    Extensive Contact Center experience or Information Technology Projects experience 

    - Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls

    - Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques

    Exceptional change management skills 

    Excellent Communication (written/ spoken) 

    Admirable presentation skills 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    Healthcare payer or provider exposure
