Role: Senior Project Manager- Must have overall experience of 12-14 years
- Must have minimum 7-8 years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager
- Scrum Master Certification would be an added advantage
- Advocate Agile methodologies and provide leadership and direction in Agile best practices, including ceremonies, artifacts and processes, to team members and management
- Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation, presentations and progress reports
- Enhancing the customers satisfaction rating by resolving the gaps in Onsite-offshore delivery model
- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
- Motivate the team to achieve their objectives and performance targets
- Must be a go getter
- Excellent communication skills:written/verbal
- People Management skills
- Onsite Experience
- Exposure working in Agile environment
- Exposure of handling teams distributed across the globe
- Valid Visa: B1
- Openness to travel whenever required.
- Exposure working with US based clients
Good to have:- Retail domain background
- PMP Certified
- Exposure to work with Bay Area based Software companies
