Job Description
- ' Lead large global Automation deployments. Responsible for end to end Program success
Responsible for all customer and contract KPI's including financials and ontime delivery
' Partner with Delivery and Solution Leads to implement and run the global framework to capitalize on robotics opportunities
Work with process-improvement teams and vendor partners to analyze and understand business processes.
Engage directly, or through vendors, with process owners / subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
Craft the business case for each initiative to evaluate feasibility
Work with central development team to build scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be used across different processes.
Manage the creation and maintenance of solution documentation.
Manage testing and document results.
Serve as an expert, trusted, advisor to Client senior management on Automation matters.
