  • KRAs & Key Performance Indicators
    1-Build assignment , submit Proposals and grow the business by 50% annually: 50% growth YoY 2-Design and launch new programmes to generate the targeted revenue: 75lakhs/ annum, 3-Deliver on consulting assignment and generate revenue: 60Lakhs/annum, 4-Drive large events: Minimum 2 events every year of 40lakhs revenue 
    Key Competencies Required : 
    1-Methodilogy like Lean,Six Sigma, etc. 
    2-Analytical Capability. 
    3-Lean Six Sigma Leader, mentor, coah and trainer create a well structured team, expand reach and business activities

    Required Candidate profile

    Post Graduate in Engineering or Science. Green Belt / Black belt certification preferred
    Bangalore (Agadi Main Road, Vishwaneedam Post)
