Job description

We are hiring for Senior Manager _Quality role with an MNC at Gurgaon.

Designation - Senior Manager _Quality
CTC - up to 20.0 lac per annum + annual bonus
Experience - 8 to 14 year

Location - Gurgaon.

5 days working.

Note:

Candidates from manufacturing industry are not eligible.

Black belt certification must be from some institute only.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deployment of Max Quality System in the assigned function End to end deployment of entire Max Quality System across the function/ departments. Specific responsibility for each component of MQS are as follows:-

Drive Cross functional large Transformation Projects / Continuous Improvement Identification of key improvement priorities across the entire function Initiating improvement projects in prioritized area of improvements

Mentoring and facilitating projects progress through technical and governance support

Responsible for improving customer experience (Net Promoter Score) assigned function.

Development of appropriate action plans along with Stakeholder group

Co-ordinate with program office to drive improvement based on above Process Maturity Ensuring formal process documentation exists for all functions

Ensuring version control of all processes at six monthly frequency Planning and conducting process audits in co-ordination with program management office

Ensuring Process Maturity index assessment and improvement actions planning and successfully completion in prioritized area

Assist with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of the MLI business byidentifying, quantifying and comparing potential projects, and playing an active role in the prioritizationprocess.

Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.

Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolutionprocess in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.

Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify andrank opportunities for continuous improvement.

Desired qualifications and experience:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Working knowledge of statistical tools like R and Python

Knowledge and skills required:

Must have lead more the 2 black belt projects in entire lifespan

Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
