    Job Description - Head of Operations for Positioner Division

    Be able to get things done and make things happen to achieve the aims of Sales and the Business.
    Ability to lead the operations covering Production, Quality , Maintenance , Purchase and other supporting functions.
    Ability to build a high performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively.
    Able to understand the operational impact on Balance Sheet.
    Have a working understanding of the principles and tools of lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, TPM and continuous improvement tools for MTS (Make to Stock) & MTO (Make to Order) product lines.
    Strong problem solving skills.
    Have Customer focused approach.

    Inventory Management- Kanban & MRP

    Education: BE - Mechanical / Production. MBA in Operations is optional.

    Experience: 12-15 yrs.

    Age: between 35-40 yrs.

    Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
