Job Description

Be proficient in designing and developing modules of enterprise software systems, component based design, development, web services and object oriented analysis, design principles, UML and software development life cycle.
Excellent ability to incorporate software development best practices.
Ability drive team members to meet SLAs with expected quality standards.

Ensure work is completed in time within budget delivering very high quality deliverables
Capable of producing reasonable work estimates.
Ability to identify and promptly escalate scope creep.
Ability to understand productivity measures and support senior members in improving productivity.
Ability to use all business applications (Chorus, ERA, vPoint, vHRMS,).
Support senior members of the Project team in various Project Management activities.
Support senior members of the Project team in technical challenges outside the Scope of Work.
Assist with planning and execution of unit testing, integration testing, QA and UAT
Ability to identify automatable tasks
Successfully lead and be part of teams consisting of customer, Pega and even other Vendors encouraging teamwork
Provide accurate updates on progress and any issues / risks on a regular basis to the project management
Facilitate with Knowledge Transfer to client team members
Acquire domain knowledge becoming an expert in at least one industry
2-3 Years in Pega PRPC development
BS / BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Pega Certified Systems Architect, Pega Certified Methodologies Black Belt
Good understanding of key features of PRPC and core frameworks including their features and limitations
Knowledge in developing enterprise level business solutions and applications adhering to relevant standards and best practices
Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC .
