Role -
Qualification and experience -
-
- Represent Schneider Electric in front of his/her panel of Suppliers for Quality related issues. Challenge the Supplier Panel, train them to improve their performances.
- Monitor a group of Supplier Quality Performances with Commodity Managers at supplier level and animate the quality part of supplier business reviews
Support - New Product Introduction activities at supplier level
- Conduct continuous improvement projects with Suppliers on critical business issues, train / coach suppliers when needed
- Directly manage critical Supplier issues escalated by Plants or Lines of Business
- Conduct Supplier quality audits (SAM) upon Commodity request or upon quality action plans from plant request
- Drive supplier development initiatives
- Post graduate degree / Masters
- Strong experience of the commodity technology and manufacturing processes
- Must be accredited as a Quality SAM Auditor
- Green Belt / Black Belt preferred
