Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
Oversee team of resources focused on defect and incident management in the Oracle EBS - Finance/Accounting/Tax area
Analyze and diagnose root causes for complex production incidents & defects
Triage and develop fixes for active incidents & defects
Manage backlog of production defects in functional area
Collaborate with Product teams to share information regarding product development roadmap and on-going production issues and challenges
Provide input on future designs which address known production stability issues
Essential Requirements
Clear understanding of Oracle EBS solutions in large enterprise implementations
Focus on Finance/Accounting/Tax functional areas at large scale
Ability to work in high-pressure environment with frequent interactions with executive leadership on complex enterprise issues
Excellent communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Problem management experience in ITIL
Complex analysis skills, Six Sigma, Lean, BPI, etc
