Roles and Responsibilities

 

a) Proven experience as an Associate Manager or similar position

b) Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes

c) Familiarity with customer service principles

d) Good math skills with the ability to create and analyse reports, spreadsheets and

statistics

e) Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

f) Leadership and organizational abilities

g) Interpersonal and communication skillsa

h) Problem-solving attitude

i) Flexibility to work in shifts

j) Graduate in commerce or any field

k) Should have a working knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma

l) Should be able to think out of the box and provide ideas to improve the business

 

Desired Candidate Profile

A) Should be ok to work in rotations / night shift

B) Should be ok to work on all Indian holidays

C) Should be ok working on weekends (Alternate weekend working)a
