Job Summary
The Assistant Project and Bids Manager-Hyderabad is responsible for assisting the USA based project managers with the project bid phase.

Manage Bids Process
Receive bids packages
Requirements gathering
Managing the bid through our ERP system
Pricing oversight
Respond to inquiries from team
Clear and direct communication with contractors
Format RFI and other documents related to bids
Follow up with necessary parties

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday; 3:00pm-12:00am

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree, required.
Professional Project Management certification is preferred
2 years of project management experience, required
2 years of residential construction experience required
Exceptional organizational skills are required
Keen analytic and problem solving skills
