Job Description :
BlackBelt job opportunity in Chennai for a professional holding at least 12 - 20 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence or Delivery Excellence. You will use your experience of Business Process Reengineering and Improvement to carry on the different roles for the profile. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving Business Process Improvements in FAO and HRO
- Interacting with client, internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and drive projects for closure using Kaizan, Lean, and DMAIC methodology
- Managing process that includes E2E process study, process mapping, VSM, data collection and analysis
- Bringing in the best practices and ideas
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt worked for FAO and HRO
- Strong experience in Sales Commission processes (participant administration, commission processing, payment processing)
- Ability to work with multiple tasks & Priorities along with Process Maturity Framework
- Exposure of RPA transformation project is required
- Training experience in Quality tools, Lean Six Sigma
