Please find the below job description for HR executive role,

Position : HR Executive

Work Location : Andheri (East)

Shift Timing : 11.00 am 8.00pm, 10.00AM - 7.00PM

Qualification : HR Specialisation (BMS Bachelor of Management Studies - HR)

Experience : Fresher

Salary :190200 Per annum (Gross Salary )

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:

offer letter releasing
Joining Formalities.
Induction
Employee engagement
completing joining formalities of candidates
Employee grievance
Document Verification
BGV initiating

Please Note : Work from Office available.

Necessary Precautions and sanitization have been taken care of in consideration of COVID.

Looking for immediate joinees.

Note : - We would be conducting all the interview rounds in office itself.

6. (Important Points to be noted )

1) Once you clear all your rounds you need to submit your original mark sheets for 18 months & after completion the same will be returned back to the employee after 18 months.

2) We would be announcing the particular date with different time slot for the selected candidate where you need to report to Mumbai office and submit the original documents and complete the on-boarding process at the given date and time (based on the COVID situation).

3) Training cost Rs. 2000 would be deducted from their respective salary until 18 months, once they have completed 18 months the training cost would be reimbursed back.
