Roles and Responsibilities

Work Profile Brief:-

R&D and Technology group will have the following 4 verticals

1. Product Development

2. Product Industrialization

3. Manufacturing Technology

4. Compound Development and Material development (Primary Task )

The current role of reinforcing material expert is aimed to get the competent skill set in the 4th vertical of Compound and Material Development. We would need people with different level of experience and deliverables of the roles would include the following:-

Reinforcing Material Development exposure of 3 to 10 years primarily steel cord for tires.
Well versed and hands-on with material and compound testing equipment
Knowledge of internationally applicable standards
Experience of Quality Function Deployment
Well versed with Quality Systems like ISO 9001 / TS 16949
Hands-on in developing reinforcing materials and related compounds for various applications
Input assistance to Finite Element Analysis and reverse engineering experience would be an added advantage
Shopfloor exposure of handling Mixing / Extrusion / Calendaring / Curing would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Rubber technology from an institute of good repute.

2. He / She should be willing to relocate to Indore (Would be placed in Ludhiana for 6 months initially)

3. Should not be having any no-compete bond or any other legal case pending against him in any court across the globe.
