Job Description


  • Responsible for the successful transition of work from the client or incumbent vendor over to UST Global Position Summary: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to account teams, methodology and framework development and implementation expertise and innovation and thought leadership in Managed Services space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: May act as the primary interface between UST Global regions and the Managed Services practice. Performs feasibility studies and qualifies opportunities. Provides pre-sales support to UST Global regions for Managed Services, including directing or performing the following activities: Capability Articulation Solution development, presentations, and walkthroughs Estimation, Staffing plan Technical sales support Presentation development Customized collateral material Service delivery, due diligence, and transition planning requirements Provides post-sales support to UST Global regions for AMS/IMS, including directing or performing the following activities: As program manager, plan, manage, and execute Due Diligence, Transition-In, Transition-Out. On-going engagement health check and audits as needed. Train Delivery team and client teams (as required) on UST AMUST Service Methodologies and Framework Builds methodology and frameworks for AMS and IMS, including directing or performing the following activities: Be the customer's voice Bring lessons learned from field to innovate and enhance MS frameworks Develop framework and methodologies Roll out framework enhancements to the field Gains commitment from the regional head to deliver solution requirements. Supports Contract or Statement of Work development for each assigned opportunity. Establish Project plans, Manage Scope, and responsible for setting up Service Level Agreements and Dashboards Provide Managed Services RFI and RFP support May be requested to perform Client Discoveries This position will interact with AMS/IMS Practice leadership and Engagement teams as well as Corporate Finance team members Reports to the Global Transition Manager Collaborates with the AMS and IMS Practice Leaders Supervisory Responsibilities: Will supervise Process Analysts and Metrics Analyst Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 12+ years in outsourcing industry with technical depth and breadth related to Global Delivery Application Outsourcing Services 10+ years of Transition/Transformation support activities 10+ years Project Management experience 6+ years in Customer Relationship Management 6+ years of strong delivery engagement management background Significant experience as liaison with Global Delivery engagements and Global Delivery Management Effective communicator with expectation management skills Must act as an advisor to Internal and external Engagement leadership, PMO and VMO offices Technical writing skills for proposal efforts and presentations Experience leading teams including client and consulting staff Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Six Sigma or BPM certification is desirable, ITIL foundation certificate, plus COBIT or CMMI certified is desirable
