Job Description

We are looking Civil / Mechanical Construction Managers / Execution Engineers, EHS & Quality (Civil) Engineers/Managers, IR & Admin Executive/ Managers and Stores Executives/ Managers for our Project sites across India, desired qualification and experience are given below:

Qualification: 4 yrs FULL TIME 1st Class - BE / B. Tech - CIVIL / Mech from AICTE/UGC approved university or
3 yrs FULL TIME First Class Diploma in Civil/Mech Engineering from State Board of Technical Education. Mandatory 1st class throughout academics (10th & 12th)

For Stores / IR & Admin Position - Any Graduate UG/PG - Full time & First Class Mandatory

Candidates below 60% in any of the academics will not be allowed to take up the interviews.

Construction Manager / Engineer Civil / Mech

You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 5 to 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Execution/ Erection exp. in Water supply and water treatment plants , large diameter pipelines, pipelines, treatment plants, sewerage pipelines (including laying, testing and commissioning), intake structures, elevated reservoirs, sump and pump houses, canal, Lift irrigation projects & non-revenue water .

Sound knowledge in Planning and execution of water projects. Knowledge of Quality & safety procedures, desirable.

EHS Manager / Engineer

You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical or Electrical) with Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute with 5 to 15 years’ experience. You must have understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification will be an added advantage.

QA / QC (CIVIL) - Manager/ Engineer

You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 to 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with strict adherence to international quality standards. You must possess knowledge of standard exposure to QA lab at site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015.

Formworks Manager

You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree (Civil) from a recognized institute with 7 to 15 years’ experience or Engineering Diploma (Civil) from a recognized institute with 15 to 20 years’ experience. As a custodian of Formwork Resources, ensure that the material is stored and stacked properly at site & ensure accountability of materials through periodical reconciliation. You must ensure that Formwork scheme drawings are implemented strictly during execution, as per approved SOP.

Project - IR & ADMIN. – Executive / Manager

You should hold a full time UG / PG Degree from recognized University with 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- IR & Administration activities

You must have strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; inter-state Migration & other applicable acts of construction industry. Must handle Labour colony management, attendance and admin related activities, house keeping, transportation, Liasoning with Police, Revenue Dept, Labour Department, Local Administration.

Project Stores – Executive / Manager

You should hold a full time UG / PG Degree from recognized University with 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- Stores activities

You must have strong experience in handling the entire stores function of Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS. Must possess professional experience in handling inventory management and various stores function at projects of reputed construction companies. Must have good experience in local Material procurement / bulk amount purchase depending on requirements, Monthly reconciliation of stock / Physical stock verification. Coordinating with all Depts. on Material requirements, scrape Manegemnet & disposal . Forecast, budget and arrange for materials on time, dealing with dept staff and Sub-contractors on daily issues and receipts.

Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India
Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
