Roles and Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax
- Assisting Tax Head in designing & evaluating tax planning opportunities
- Implementing tax policies / processes for proper compliance
- Have worked in SAP Module and strong MIS reporting on Direct & Indirect Tax
- Identifying process gaps / options which will result in tax & time savings
- Stay abreast on tax legislations, changes in tax regime, evaluate implications for the company
- Handling tax assessment and litigation before Tax consultants and Auditors
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong Passion and interest for tax. Preferred from Pharma Industry
- Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills including Legal / Technical drafting
- Organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong governance on ITC taken and statutory payments by periodic reviews
