Establish and run Project Management Operations for project teams using Agile and waterfall delivery approach

Work Plan Management: Create and maintain workplans.

Monitor project controls (schedule/ risk/issues/ changes/ dependencies) and generate project health metrics.

Draft internal and external presentations, communications, and status reports to executive leadership.

Provide training to project teams on project management tools and processes

Support delivery of instructor-led training courses aligned with Project Management / Agile solution focus

Develop and implement ideas to improve the efficiency of project management process.
