    Roles and Responsibilities




    Ensuring highest quality and timely delivery of multiple tasks efficiently within agreed SLA and timelines 
    Analyst will support the KPMG application users globally in a 24/ 7 window 

    Coordinate between different local and international teams to provide resolutions to the users 

    Need to perform as a team player as well as individual contributor as per business needs 


    Qualifications and Skills 

    Role requires the candidate to be flexible and work in different shifts 

    Be proactive and eager to work in highly dynamic environement 

    Good computer knowledge with intermediate level knowledge in MS office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook 

    Working experience in Share Point and/ or Service Now is an added advantage 

    Excellent written communication skills in English 

    Good anaylitcal skills
