Roles and Responsibilities

Should be willing to work in Day Shifts.
We are hiring for the role of Asst. Manager - Quality for Domestic voice process. (BPO experience preferred).
Candidates should have minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Lead/ Manager in a BPO
To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the management
To give need based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.
Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.
Updating and analyzing quality control reports on regular basis Managing a Quality Assurance or Quality Control team.
As a Quality Manager, you will work closely with the company's Service Delivery leadership group.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Should be excellent in Communication skills.
Candidate must be Six sigma certified.
Quality Experience on papers is mandatory.
Experience in BPO industry is preferred.
Candidates with good communication skills are preferred
Working together with project leaders to discuss solutions to quality issues.
Proficiency in conducting audits, handling QMS related documents like complaints, Deviations ,CAPA,RCA etc.

Salary max up to 5.80 LPA
Salary date: 30th of every month.
