Work Assignment and Manpower distribution according to their work on Daily Basis.

Material Requisition and Inspection through Oracle.

Preparing various types of Reports, history cards, fuguai identification list, daily Production and RCA for any breakdown for presentation.

IMS documentation for ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.

Started 5S& TPM implementation in the entire plant. Expertise in maintenance of Raw Material Handling Equipment like belt conveyor section, belt feeder

Key Skills

:section, different types of crushers like Jaw, Cone & roll crusher, different types of screens like dry or wet screen.

Maintenance of different types of equipment use in Beneficiation like Pumps, Slime tables, hydro- cyclones, Rod mills& Ball Mills, Spirals.
