Complete process of HR Operation in plant,
Driving all HR Process
Attendance Management, salary management of Onroll & Offroll employees
Responsible for all factory related statutory compliance & Liaison with all Govt. agencies
Handling Employee Grievances & labor cases management for factories
Involved in Employee Engagement activities,
Training & Development.
Marathi Language must be known speaking & writing
