•Conducting workshops & develop continuous improvement plans for the clients
•Leading process improvement projects leveraging lean Six Sigma
•Developing competencies on QMS, transformation techniques & lean six sigma
•Identification & mitigation of risk
•Desired Candidate Profile
•At least 7- 12 years' experience with minimum 4 -7 years' experience with Process Improvement(PEX) role in BPO
•Experience in Project management, preferably PMP or Prince
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified & Expertise
•Excellent Communication
