Job Description



  • The BIG Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading all shared Infra services for small / medium size markets covering Servers, Compute, Network, Helpdesk & user support, Vendor governance, VIP support, Monitoring Infra service Metrics / Monthly Reporting, Project management activities, etc. The gamut of the role covers service delivery & infrastructure management across 31,000+ users, 56 plants, 130+ office and warehouse locations across 14 countries.

    Minimum Required
    9+ years IT experience (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma / Quality certifications) and process engineering skills including a thorough experience in managing multi-vendor operations. Experience on Cloud platforms, SD WAN solutions and Win 10, Office 365 products & Micro services tools will be an added advantage. Able to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and an effective communicator.
    Experience in ASEAN, market .

    Bachelor's degree - BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Systems Management or related field is required. 

    Candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record working a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation with an expanding and fast moving customer base and business requirement. Candidate must be organised and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and be able to handle multiple priorities. Additional preferred qualifications are: 

    - Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications (e.g., technical writing, procedural development, requirements analysis).
    - Strong knowledge of standard IT audit and compliance issues 
    - Strong presentation and communication skills 
    - Willingness to travel to client locations 
    - Ability to understand audit findings and converting them into solution designs 
    - Knowledge in control systems architecture and applications, has experience in managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
