Job Description
-Proficient in rejection analysis and propose counter measure.
- Engineering Change Notice (ECN) controlling ,
-IPC (Initial Process Control) controlling.
-Prepare TFC (Technical Feasibility Comments), prepare Master development plan.
- Knowledge about VMM (Visual Measuring Machines),
-Planning for Inspection, testing and measuring equipments and their selection ,Loading, Unloading, Priority.
-Arranging the quotes for Testing and equipment.
-Suppliers audits, Internal Audits and suppliers assessments.
-Conducting Measurement Study Analysis , Statistical Process Control.
-Arranging calibration in-house and external laboratory.
-System knowledge of ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 , EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001,documents updating , reviews, implement.
-PPAP ,APQP preparations.
-In-house Rejection / Rework Analysis.
-Non conforming part analysis & disposals.
-Customer satisfaction, Minutes of meeting with the customer, part approval at customer end.
-Generate necessary documents for hand over the moulds for prod.
-Trial samples sent to the customer with IR (Inspection Report), tracking of samples.
- Preparation of PPAP Documents, APQP Preparation.
- Interaction with Customers related to Quality.
- Knowledge of IATF Procedures.

Job Responsibilities
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation
- Set and track quality assurance goals
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
