Job description

Senior Manager- Digital Transformation

- Should have an overall experience of more than 06 - 10 years in Digital Transformation and insurance industry experience of more than 3 years

- Experience in handling multiple projects and drive change

- Ability to identify risks, develop, execute mitigation plan and drive completion

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Basic understanding of business operations

- Agile Scrum/PMP Certification/ Prince 2 (one of them)

Preferred Skills :

- Insurance Certification (e.g. CII or INS/CPCU)

- Lean / Six sigma trained or certified (preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Vision, MS Word.
