Job description

Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain

Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to Compliance

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Supervise and control activities of Business and Product Development department

Generating and develop products based on Market requirements

Pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction

Developing marketing strategies and communicate the same to the stakeholders

Hands-on with digital platforms.


First class graduate or a post graduate from recognized institute holding 8 to 10 years of experience with stock broking firm. Candidate should also hold exceptional written & verbal communication skills, excellent presentation and analytical skills. Should be a curious learner with thorough knowledge of financial market.
