JOB DESCRIPTION

Hiring Quality Assurance Professionals | Global MNC | Noida

This position is responsible for all of the quality functions for the business. Drive the full implementation of the Quality Management System, develop Audit plan, perform Audits, and drive compliance improvement and simplification of the QMS.

1. Apply Quality Planning, Assurance, Control, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and thereby improve all Quality metrics.

2. Work with operating leaders and teams to create a roadmap of continuous improvement projects and track the implementation and impact on customer facing metrics:

3. Serve as lead representative for all quality issues and maintain strong customer relations through timely and accurate communication and problem resolution.

4. Managing team of QA and their deliverables/performance and guide the team in creating and managing process level tracking systems and dashboards which support daily operations

5.Manage Quality Issues and Quality events that are identified.

Requisites for Role:

1) Mandate - Candidates need to have experience in Quality Management of insurance /financial processes

2) Domain understanding on how to maintain and improve internal as well external quality of the processes.

3) Resources who have earlier worked in Group Life/ Life or health insurance.
