Job description

The process data analyst forecasts and track actuals of efficiency improvements, cost saving and other benefits by understanding various six sigma projects and working with different functional stakeholders.

 

Experience: 3-5 years (exp in process performance metrics / finance/account background with experience in financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking)

 

RR:

  • Defining process performance metrics for various projects
  • Tracking the process performance metrics
  • Analysing metrics and providing insights to management
  • Prepare monthly reporting metrics (defects, efficiency improvement areas, near misses, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly decks/slides to report the progress made
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

 

Soft skills:

  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to technical and non-technical functions
  • Stakeholder management is a necessary skill for the job
  • Highly collaborative and networking
  • Eye for details, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

 

Others:

  • Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent continuous improvement framework is important for this role
  • Experience in FinTech industry is an added advantage
