Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Treasury

Responsibilities:

The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and also must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes (usually at quarter & year ends)

Payments:
•Monitor incoming payments & handle exceptions
•Monitor mailbox and Send/reply emails
•Run required reports
•Process payments and Investigate queries
•Co-ordinate with banks and handle query/bank calls
•Provide training to backup resource

Cash Management:
•Mailbox management
•Receipts monitoring
•Checking bank statements
•Plotting large value payments/receipts
•Handle cash flows and Take funds movement decisions
•Raise movement payments and handle returned payments
•Monitor receipts & complete accounting
•Download updates and update procedure document as and when required

Qualifications and Experience:

•Graduate in Commerce
•Proven experience in Treasury/ AP Payments
•Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge
•Lean/Six Sigma awareness
