Job Summary
We are looking for a pro-active, computer savvy and English literate candidate to work in our manufacturing plant as Operations Executive. It is a front-end job.

He will be responsible for:

- Daily Production Data Collection
- Production Output vs Input data maintenance
- Maintaining Machine Running Data, and projecting their expected wear-tear down-times
- Carry out Maintenance activities of the machines, by the maintenance team
- Managing maintenance team to maintain stock of critical wear-tear items in store
- Implementing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification Processes on shop floor
- PO follow-ups and adherence to their time-bound completion
- Answering customers on the lead time through calls / email, and expected dispatch date
- Planning inward raw material requirements, and maintenance of Minimum Stock Level of Raw Material as per, and in relation to the pending PO book.
- Planning production running scheduled for next one week, as per pending PO book.
- Overall optimization of plant running processes and efficient utilization of available resources

Job Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm

Key Skills
- Should be computer savvy, having working knowledge of MS-Office and Internet/Emails, - Should have previous experience in ISO 9001:2015 process and documentation management, - Should be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, Should have previous working experience in an industrial unit , having plastic industry background will be added advantage
Required Experience and Qualifications
Atleast 4-5 years of working experience in an industrial unit, preferably plastic or automotive sector, with production / process executive or shift supervisor role.

Should be comfortable to deal with Blue Collar workforce, as well as clients for direct interface.
