Job Description
- Process Quality function aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions. In above position candidate would need to drive training programme for the employees through online / classroom mode. The job also requires that the candidate handles projects.
- To be able to drive the Lean/Six Sigma project independently.
- Identifying defects and opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Re-engineering key clients impacting processes end to end and measuring improvements.
- Collaborate with other team members to analyze business requirement and develop efficient processes for at least 1 of the following -
- Retail Liabilities/NRI/HNI business
- Retail Loans & Credit Cards
- Wholesale Banking business / Remittances / Trade Finance
- Ability to present and influence senior stakeholders to drive process changes across the bank.
- Preparing regular status updates & setting up toll gate reviews with Project champion & stakeholders.
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 22,00,000 PA.
