The number of launches planned over the next 2 years. Your business acumen and communications mastery will help the world understand what these medicines do, why they matter and how Novartis is striving to reimagine medicine.
As a member of the Associate Engagement NBS Communications Team, you will play a role in managing and implementing global communication campaigns that deliver an operational and service excellence enterprise-wide mind-set. Supporting and delivering operational excellence communications that create awareness, understanding and active employee engagement. You will help the operational excellence communications team achieve its business objectives.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•You will support the Operational Excellence communications team, to deliver communications aligned to the business strategy.
•Taking responsibility for the planning, implementation and improvement of Communications.
•Taking ownership for implementing communications programs including employee engagement, operational excellence and service communications.
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
•Quality and timeliness of development of integrated communication plans and programs.
•Management and implementation of communication plans, campaigns and projects against business objectives and priorities.
•Maturity of business relationship(s), incl. at senior levels of the organization.
•Feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
