  We are looking for Lean Six Sigma Engineer who will be responsible to lead continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies.
  Primary contact for internal interactions will include the leadership team, managers and employees.
  
  As a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer, you will:
  
  Follow organizational goals, strategies and procedures
  Respect the departments KPIs and follow up closely on all actions.
  Analyze end-to-end processes and identify business improvement opportunities
  Make quick decisions and set up the right priorities among different projects to focus on the ones that have the highest impact to the business.
  Facilitate small group activities, workshops, and lean events to eliminate wastes from the value stream.
  Document all continuous improvement projects and create presentations/reports to the leadership.
  Influence and motivate employees across all departments spreading the lean mindset and develop the culture.
  Facilitate training program for all employees to implement usage of the lean improvement tools.
  Co-work with global teams in sharing best practices.
  Operate in an environment that complies with health, safety and environmental policies.
  
  Position Requirements: - Bachelors degree in engineering or quality field.
  - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing and/or engineering (computing industry is an advantage, but not mandatory)
  - Lean/Six Sigma green belt or black belt qualification.
  - Analytical & Problem-solving skills
  - Strong project management skills
  - Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  - Ability to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  - Self-starter / Self-directed. Capable of working with minimal supervision
  - Fluent in English & Hungarian language
